good paint shop in LA or Bay Area

What up everybody. As the title says I'm looking to get my car painted. Nothing fancy it is a track car after all, but I want to see if you guys know anybody in the LA area, or in the bay area. I live in LA but will be in the bay for a couple weeks in August too. I don't want to pay $1000 for a paint job on a track though. If you know anyone or a shop please let me know. Otherwise, MAACO here I come! lol

naw I've seen dkwasherexd paint job, no offense I'd rather go to a legit shop lol. No body work needed, just a spray really. I'm in LA and don't personally know anyone good places down here. I know a couple back up north.

take it to any old 1 day mexican spray then. My dad took our old 735i.. 500$ and came out decent.. I'd rather do it myself honestly with a paint kit on ebay for 175$

thanks natey, the paint looks good, but unfortunately santa cruz isn't near where I stay up norht (vallejo). How much did it cost you?

I would try painting myself but I do not have a garage to paint it in, I live in a apartment. I don't quite trust the mexican jobs too much. I'd rather support some folks that anyone on the forums might know.

Junpower, from SF, is a good friend of mine and I used to help him paint cars, but I don't think he paints much anymore. So, my search continues

really? Do you know who, or what shop? Are they good, have you seen any of their previous work? Thanks for the info. Torrance isn't too far away from me either. Only like 20-30mins.
