Hypertech programmers (and most other programmers I would expect) are great buys. I used to work in a predominately GM speed shop and a programmer, exhaust and cold air intake were the first three things suggested to anyone wanting to mod their vehicles. Each beign worth around 15 hp and better mileage. The programmers are very easy to use and also allow you to adjust the speedo for different size wheels/tires, adjust shift points and firmness and tune for what octane gas you want to run in the vehicle, 87, 91 etc. Great buy, well worth the $
