Dude, look at your car and your exhaust. Of course you're going to get pulled over. Calm down man, it's just the internet.

Well, since your car won't pass smog there's really no reason in putting all the stock stuff back on, just pay the fine. Don't even think about registering it as a non op. When you re-register your car for street use, you'll have to see the ref anyways, and well, your car won't pass. So in reality, that only delays the inevitable.

couldent really say anything in the back on a cop car...you dont read well do you?? I also said i DID NOT get pulled over with that exhaust on !!

I daily drive my car. I don't take it to the track because I don't want to crash it, that's not why I bought the car.

You're right though, I don't read well. I thought the cop put you in the back of your car.

But hey, at least I didn't say your car was a piece of ****, so thanks for hating on me.

Shoulda put a cat back on after the sound tests...

And police don't need any real probable cause anymore. With dragnet and such having what appears to be a modified car is probable cause. I haven't been pulled over once in my TII..I guess it helps when my exhaust is pretty quiet while cruising and I don't drive like a douche.

Like I said though you're lucky he didn't tow your car...then you'd really be fucked. Impound fines are insane.

Also to all the people who think calling "supervisors" and "Internal Affairs" will get them out of a ticket; especially with a car that looks like that piece of ****.

OP: junk it!

From my understanding their not allowed to pop your hood without your permission. They need a warrent to open the hood or the glove box on their own. You could probably fight that in court but I dont know how good your friend would be as a witness. Dont Non-OP the car thats stupid. The fine is probably around $400 as long as you didnt get it for illegal engine swap. Theres another way but im not gonna post it call or PM me if you want.

all i know is that when your black cops look for you so be glad your not black like me I'm asked out.
naw really just try to be nice as you can if you get pulled over and do what they ask, the main reason they stoped you is because you ain't got no paint!
I drove loud Porsche's in front of cops with no licenses plate and they just passed me didn't even look but he got that 240 or the civic next to me. lol so yeah get some paint and don't rice out and your cool for the most part

I'm 90% sure that when you refuse to pop your hood they can tow your car...I'd rather try and get away with a ref ticket then have a tow truck **** up my car that's like 3" off the ground..

They usually threaten that to get you to do it since most people will just do it for that fact but according to a friend of mine who is an officer they cant legally pop the hood without your consent or a warrent. Now probable cause might be included there some where but almost always they dont have it they just say they do to scare you again. What they can do however is if you really **** them off is get a warrent and then come to your house and force you to pop it but most wont goto that extreme.

Having the Sarge there isn't gonna help you with your missing cats though! LOL They're more than likely going to pull your car right there for making him get out there for bull$hit.

BTW, having your 7 primered doesn't really help. Wanna stay outta trouble? Don't quack like a duck.

Wacky would say "Buy a Honduhh!"

JUNK IT!!! thats the only way around it so you dont have to pay a hefty fine. pull the good stuff out and junk the chassis. be sure to keep a bill of sale to show it to court.

For once wacky is actually right. If you're going to pay a $700 fine, you can EASILY find an FC shell in great shape for less than that much and just transfer everything over.
