2010 RACE POINTS CHAMPIONSHIP presented by LightningMotorsports.com - The Import Face-Off Race Points Championship is for Heads Up Pro class racers only. Racers will receive 10 points for every elimination round won at each 2010 event. Winners will be chosen for Top 8/16 qualifier classes (FWD or FIP) and for Top 4/8 qualifier classes (AMP/OL) for 5 different colored regions (see map below). All race points winners will receive trophy plus free race and crew entry (limit 3) to all future IFO events FOR LIFE! All trophies will be awarded at finals. Overall national winner will also receive a $2000 Lightning Motorsports certificate. More prizes for individual regions and classes to be announced throughout the year. the influence of tuning styles on the cars would be ALOT Better.. alot of those cars are butt ugly because of horrible selection in parts/taste .. ever watch those Nopi shows and see how crappy alot of those cars are. Its probably the lack of asian influence on the builds.

no events in cali yet because no drag strip openings now, hopefully 2011. also, not as many cali drag events because of the usual low turnout and attitude (see posts above). NHRA SC and NDRA both tried cali in the past, both failed. Hopefully IFO will succeed in cali if/when a track opening ever comes up.

The scene is not dying, the consistently growing IFO series is proof of that.

Yes, the IFO series ALWAYS pays out, 90+ events strong since 2001.

Just got back (left early the misses needed to be somewhere). It was ok... really small and not a whole lot to do other than look at a couple cars in the show or watch the drag event. I had a good time though. These two third gens were in the show and there was a second gen drag racing. These people on the forums?

Im going to set up a video later of the second gen racing.

nice. I got the video of you kicking the crap out of the EVO lol. I dont think I got any of the other ones though. Ill get it posted when I can. Its a little shacky towards the end when im trying to zoom in on the time boards. Had to move around some people so I could see it.

Did nt even think about looking at you sig I spent most of the time at the drag competition because I have a friend that was running in T/T. I was looking for you though since we talked together before. I was just pissed my 7 was stuck in the garage, stupid oil pan... Lol
