how long of a drive is this?

 

Consider it a morning to afternoon event. It's a good chance to meet other car enthusiasts. I've only been to one, and it was with the s2k guys. It was well organized, and people were safe for the most part.

 

The first leg of the run is usually just ortega hwy to lake elsinore. The second leg, goes from the lake through the back roads of the area and ends up in temecula.
I started with a full tank of gas from my home(91010) went to Griffith park, down the 5 fwy , did the whole run, went home on the 15 fwy and ended the day with about 1/4 tank of gas left.
Time wise, its a few hours long

 

Im not sure if Im going this year. Im too busy with project cars.

 

Elsinore is about an hour from LA no traffic.
