I just PayPal'd some money for Tamara.
I, too, want to make the cruise. My T66 turbo died a week ago and I just found out today that it can't be rebuilt, so I'm going to do everything I can to get a new turbo so I can cruise the 7 for this. Dave did the halfie port on my engine for me and has worked on my car with me in the past. Otherwise I'll be there in my Lexus.

Vipers, you da man!
looking forward to criusing with you Glen (Mazpower) in Daves memory. I know dave would want you to be there also with the FD, but none the less I think he liked the "beater" Lexaus to.

Hey Guys
I have received $155.00 in donations for Tamara McAdams. This is from 7 people, so you know who you are, great job. I think it would be awesome if we could hit 200.00 and cut her a check. If you can donate, please do.
Vipers - How is the girl doing and how were you received?
Chris

Just thought it would be nice to see everything in one single post.
HERE IS HOW YOU CAN HELP .
Fris (lil Red) is accepting donations for Daves family to help with funeral expenses. They can be sent via PayPal here frisili@yahoo.com
Rotorlution (Chris) is accepting donations for flowers and to help Tamara McAdams. They can be sent via PayPal here chris.moore@sage.com
I (speeddemon32 / Casey )am making decals that should have a rotor and something saying RIP Dave Segalla. Any money I receive from them (which will be on a donation basis only) will be given to Daves family (I will be giving it to Fris)
Turbo2FC3S ( sorry I don’t know your name ) is also making decals in his memory. They will have a rotor housing and also say RIP Dave Segalla. Any money that he receives will also be given to Daves family.
Spooledupracing is going to be giving 100% of his profit from Spooled up Racing sales and after this week he will prolly give up to 50% to Daves family
Vipers and I will be hosting a memorial run on Saturday Feb 10th. I will be handing out my decals for a donation at that time. Any decals left over will be given to someone that is willing to help disperse them to the people that could not make it to the cruise or are out of state.
There will be a donation car wash held Sunday Feb 11th at Lucky 7’s shop (lil red’s shop) anyone willing to help is much appreciated!
Man o man…. I love the rotary community!
Daves Funeral will be Held This Saturday 2/3/07 at 11:00am
the address is 3860 Waterman ave. san bernardino, ca 92404
Held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints.
Everyone is Welcomed to come.
Tamera McAdams is at:
Loma Linda Medical Center
Care of Tamara McAdams unit #8200
11234 Anderson St

I hope I got it all.

RIP, Dave. I exchanged PMs with him few times, but truely sad to see him go.
BTW, we should suggest the forum admins to not to allow to reuse Dave's login name to honor him. I am not sure if all the login names are kept forever, or can be reused later.
just a thought.

Jesse, glad to see that she is doing ok. Is she back in normal care unit now? I really hope that she'll recover and be ok. And yes, how were you received?

+1!! That is the best news that could've possibly come out of this whole ordeal. And Jesse, huge ups to you for being brave enough to walk in there. And hopefully the family will understand that we are a community that cares and that we hated to see this happen to both Dave and Tamara.

There's good and bad for Tamara. She got hurt, but she also gained the love of a nation of rotary geeks. Personally, I could do without the love of the rotary geeks.
In all seriousness, Tamara is definitely a part of the RX7club community now. By choice or by circumstance, she's one of us now.

Update:
We are 10.00 dollars away from 200.00...wooohooo
If you guys want to call it quits at 200 hundred then I can surely understand. However, if people want to keep going for another day thats fine as well.
What do you guys want to do?
BTW - you are all a very generous group and I know she will be very touched by this donation.

Here is what I got for my decals.
I had to take some detail out of the rotor. it would take me WAY to long to do them in full detail. but still I think these turned out just fine. (keep in mind they will ook better in person as you wont get the pixilation that the computer is doing. example, the real decals have a seperation where the coner seal is... the computer just didnt pick that up when I did a screen print)
