A bit more progress today- made some 20mm Spacers from a few cuts of metal in my welding shop tonight...

Trying to drill those and fully mount the subframe tomorrow. (after going to court for a ticket at 9:30 AM and putting my 350z out on VT campus for the Car Club Promo)

Pics will come tomorrow if I get that far, haha

cool

You are in about the same place as me! I'm thinking about a later model Camaro steering column. Tilt wheel and I can use a universal wiring harness as my original one is a mess. Good luck with the build!

No real progress lately- got distracted by a the newest miata project, and an SN95 GT I randomly bought...

Bought the miata two weeks ago- completely stock 92. This is what it looks like as of Friday afternoon...

and the mustang- which I bought to drive while the miata is in the paint booth, then resell...

Cool Brock! I got your email and came here and found your thread. Glad to see it progressing! It will live on again! Now quit getting side tracked! I agree that the Pacific widebody kit was the best looking!
Sorry about the trans mount. Since my friend did the conversion before I got the car from him I didnt even notice.
As you know I bought the 2011GTCS in June then sold the Fox Body by late Fall. Still building the two old stangs that you saw in the shop too.
Ok, now back to work!

In the process of moving to a new house, should be back to work on it here in around 2 weeks...

In the meantime more Miata (painting it as soon as my new fenders show up)

Slight update-
Sold the Mustang.
Pulled the motor from the white Miata while its getting prepped for paint.

Got an OMP bucket seat for the RX7
Bought a new chassis harness from Speedway motors- I will post up some install pics as that happens.

Working on finishing up the 2 miatas first, then back to the RX7- gotta sell one miata! haha

I need to get some pictures up! I've run the front chassis harness, fully tucked. I Drilled a small hole right above the sunroof drain tube down on psgr side behind the speaker. Lined it with a grommet, and ran the wiring thru it, and then in the upper frame rail inside the fender, and all the way to behind the headlight. No stinking wires showing!

Also, not sure when/why this thread got moved into the "non V8" forum, but if someone wants to move it to the correct space, that would be great.

Nice work. Keep it up.

Also, I would PM a mod to help you move the thread to the right location.

Another non-RX7 picture.

Got my 93 LE out.

Also fixed all the front body work on the white one.

As for the RX7, heading over to work on some of it tonight. I need to ditch the white Miata so I make time to work on the FB instead...
