Limited traction as compared to what? A FWD GTP? An AWD EVO with really good wet tires? What are you comparing it to?
Compare apples with apples. No RWD car that makes good power (without traction control) will have grip in the rain. Do you think a TT Non Seq rotary has good traction in the rain? You want wet traction...buy a heavy 4WD SUV.
What kind of comment was that anyway("traction in the wet")? You must work for Car and Driver.
Putting a high powered engine in her doesn't affect traction, throttle control, tires and suspension do that
What is your point? If you don't floor the throttle on every application you can drive as well as a 12a stock can in the wet, only difference here is the option to accelerate........wildly

Actually, the tires a several "months" old, though the ones that were on there were more scary than fun in the rain. They had plenty of tread, but just weren't plyable anymore.
I have recently seen an FB with 5lug conversion with 2nd gen vert BBS wheels on it that really looked nice..
Anyways, when and if I ever get the swap done, the contact "point" should grow up a little.

Sorry for the late reply , I don't get much time on here.
The car is just barely running and things have been busy... I'll definitely post some video when I finally do make it to the track though!

Why not, its a RWD vehicle with two rear tires which are limited by the tire grip, sounds similar except for the afore mentioned power difference.
