V8 swap

i have an 83 rx and was wondering if anyone knows of a site that has a write up or advice on where i can find more info on switching it. thanks

The guys in this section are generally NOT open to the idea of a cheaper, more reliable way of making power because it involves pistons.

i think the v8 swap into an rx7 is a waste of the rx7...yes it will make great power and it will be fast but i dont prefer v8 rx7's.

Unlike, for instance, an FD, the V8 WILL throw the weight balance way off in a first-gen. Don't do it.

Here goes the uninformed BS again, my 84 GSL, Ford 5.0 with aluminum heads, roller rockers, hi torque starter, and lightened flywheel along with other mods puts down about 370 hp and weighs less than the 12a with a/c and PS. That is a fact.

Do some research and DO NOT listen to the BS that can flow in here, www.V8RX7forum.com is such a resource.
