Ok My uncle stops out today to help me go over the parts from summit and Jegs i ordered for the swap.and to look over my engine etc.
Anyway the special clutch Grannys and everybody told me to order from summit dosnt fit my Transmission.I was like WTF it wont fit,so I tried the stock clutch I got with my pressure plate that is 26 splines for a v8 and it fits!

So I run the number on my tranny to see what is up and it is a 96 WC Camaro v6,but it has the 26 splines just like the v8 transmission.turns out they changed them in 93,so 93 and up have the 26 spline so you dont need a special clutch

so you can save money and jsut use as good v8 clutch.

I'll call summit and see if I can return it for a refund.

Yeah thanks for wishing me luck,I hope it will hold untill i get some money,Some peopel here hav a v6 T5 behind their v8 aits held for a while,Grannys supposeddly has 500 hp behind his for 2 years ,sounds like the biggest no no for a t5 is dont rev up and drop it,and dont power shift.
I did find a T5 site and it listed how much torque the different t5s are rated for,among other things[didn't list their spline count thought.]the 96 v6 is rated as strong as a v8 WC form the 80s.

I hope it holds up for at least year then if it blows Up I'll see if I can find find a shop to rebuild it with G force Gears,not sure how much it will cost,but sound like its needed.

I know a guy that can rebuild a Transmission,and he has been helping me with the car,helped with ball joints,shocks etc so If I could get an upgrade kit he would probably help me upgrade it but I cant find a complete upgrade kit is there one?

If I hadent bought that !#@! mustang tranny I would have enough to buy a complete T56 with everything except clutch for $700,I would have had to buy a special bell housing to fit in my rx7 but it would have been worth it.
