Thumbs up

Amazing work! I myself tried to tackle my own paint and I just lost luster doing it and after reading of what you have accomplished making me think to try it again.
But I don't have the budget to transform my rotary to LS conversion but someday. It is now my second overhaul and I have just had enough of all this issues about rotary.

Thanks,
Michael

Oh my dear Lord. Where in Texas are you located? I am looking at buying a rx7 and doing a lsx swap. Would love to check out your handy work and pick your brain.

Eh. All the wider fenders they make dont keep the body lines curvy like they're supposed to be - they add that hard edge around the wheel well thats common on so many modern cars. Ive seen some one-off flares that look stockish, but there's the other issue - fiberglass. Id rather have a more durable body piece that fits better (especially in the engine bay area) than a fiberglass piece thats bulky and not as clean looking. I know it looks a bit exaggerated, but oh well.

Wow what a car! Are you going to paint the hood or is the gray staying?

I ran out of time when I was painting it in San Antonio which is why its bare aluminum still. The wife and I are closing on a house right now thats got a huge workshop in the back thats more than big enough to fit another paint booth as well as a few cars. Once we're moved in I'll paint the hood.

Wait to stick with it especially with all the paint and body work. I stripped my car to bare metal and repainted it once and couldn't imagine having to do all that over again. Props.
