I'm considering this swap and I'm trying to do my research. Is Grannies the only place to get the mount kit from? I've read that some people are less than happy with their customer service? Does anyone have a set of mounts that they've taken measurements from? If I got some measurements or something, I'm sure I could make a set, or have them made.

I have no problem supporting retailers, but if we (the hobbyist) are gonna get screwed, I see no reason not to stick together and share info to make our cars better. Isn't that what these forums are all about?

I don't think anyone makes fb>ls1 mounts, as i believe they are different from the sbc mounts, so you will prolly have to make them yourself
