Lightbulb 3rd Gen Motor Swaps (Corvette Motor)

What are the best high power motor swaps available and their costs?

I am trying to get away from rotarys now that I'v popped my 3rd motor in under 10,000 miles total between all 3. I know this makes me look bad but I didn't do the work.

Are there different Corvette motor options? Are they easy? What would they cost? How much power?

a 3 rotor I hear is around 20k but I'd like to stay under that and with a more stable option.

I need some ideas.

Are there other options?

Once again I am going for stability, not something that is so easily blown.

The corvette engines can't be used as easily as the F-body's and LS2 Gto's.

The tranny and accessories won't work.

LS1
LS2
LS6
LS7

The only diff between a vette engine and a camaro engine is the accessories, more or less. Well, and the 'vette tax'.

Same block, same intake (all went LS6 intake after 00 I think?) same head bla bla bla.

Some of the TB's are FLY BY WIRE....no throttle cable...but i just talked to Brian Hinson yesterday and they're putting a LS2 in a FD and going to try and mount the GT0 Gas Peddle in the FD and that would cut down on costs.

Corvette engines

Go with a LS1 and mod it. I had Brian put the ZO6 LS6 in mine. Cost a lot more due to the changes in wiring etc. If I do it again don't go with a corvette swap, it costs to much.
