stock turbo, rebuilt engine, mild streetport dyno

So I finally get to dyno my rebuilt engine at a friend's shop. It has a pretty mild street port, not as large as I like but it will do. Template was based on Mazdatrix for intake and exhaust which I modified some, especially on the exhaust side.

S5 TII keg
Rtek 2.1
Denso 720cc primaries/1000cc Injector Dynamic secondaries
20b AFM
3 window stationary bearing
FD OPR
Zeitronix zt-2
Greddy profec B
Godspeed FMIC
Racing beat REV TII

I did the dyno in 3rd gear and 4th gear, 10.2 psi for the 3rd gear runs, 12.5psi for the 4th gear runs.
Not much difference on the 10 to 12 psi in term of horsepower, but wow, look at that torque LOL. I know its in 4th gear (I shouldve done it also in 3rd) but thats a 100ftlbs increase at 4krpm at 12 psi, and with the usual stock turbo, it falls face flat at the higher revs lol

my timing around peak torque is 17 degrees, with 12 degree split. At 6.2krpm where I make 260hp, the boost is at 8.6 psi. Previous 4th gear pull the afr was at 12.2-12.5 at peak torque o_O, so I enriched that area down to 11.4
I compared the logs to the dyno using Virtual dyno and the difference is 8hp and the torque is the same.

Final number I got from the pulls at the dyno is
259.5hp@6202rpm
265tqlbs@4530rpm
117mph at 7krpm
The dyno is done on a Land-sea-air Dynomite.

For some kind of odd comparison, here is a brand new (1200miles on odometer) Scion FR-s my friend just got a month ago

You should take it to the track now, and see what it runs. We should meet up and head down some time.

I am actually going to Atco tomorrow for test and tune

I should be atleast mid 13s.....if I dont wheel hop so bad...
With the previous engine setup I had in this car, it did 14.003 on an engine that was "poor" in health 75 psi all face.
This rebuilt has 95-105 psi on all faces.

13.522@104.37mph

2.043 60' time is pretty good on Hankooks RS2 and wheel hopping launch.

Car on the left lane is a stock Chevy Cobalt SS Turbo

it has a higher Air flow reading then the stock TII AFM. The ecu wont lean out as much at higher readings.

You can improve a little on that '60. Do you have a pinion snubber installed?

yep, the pinion snubber helped a lot with wheel hop, but I still have them. Installing solid rear diff mounts on the weekend.

Hey black knight, shoot me a pm if you're going to atco I have some free passes. I'd like to pick your brain about your rtek setup if possible? I'm familiarizing myself with the 2.1 on my car, and you seem like you know what you're doing. just thought I'd ask, if not no biggie.

what actually helps to prevent wheel hop is changing the sub frame mounts to soild , the diff mounts just prevent from breaking the front diff mount

Sorry for the late reply
Next time I will at atco is towards the last two weeks of them being open probably.

I will replace the subframe bushings with solid mounts sometime next year when it gets warmer lol It will vibrate the car with extra noises, but its not a daily driver.
I still havent replaced all the aging bushings in teh subframe....probably why I am wheel hopping.
