S4NA Dyno, 157RWHP

Finally got another dyno test done on my daily driver RX-7!
1st run: 152.27HP/127.15 ft-lbs torque
2nd run: 149.88HP/129.13 ft-lbs torque
3rd run: 157.71HP/125.39 ft-lbs torque

Intake:
*Cone filter with no heat shield, but with the factory snorkel in place

The engine:
*S4 stock port plates
*S6 [FD] rotor housings [no exhaust diffusers and 32% less friction]
*S5 rotors [higher compression]
*New Atkins apex seals
*Pineapple Racing sleeve inserts

The Exhaust:
*Racing Beat collected [streetable] header
*Racing Beat Presilencer
*Racing Beat NA [streetable] catback

For the second and third runs, English Racing added a few quick corrections to the fuel via my SAFC2.

Test was done by English Racing, during the Corksport End Of Summer Bash.

Look for the backfire at the end of the third clip!

Also on the sheet, I put a scaled copy of my previous dyno run [all stock engine, single cat but otherwise stock exhaust - with a huge leak at the 'downpipe', also no working 5th/6th ports, and it was still an auto back then..]

Are 5th/6th ports working now? I suspect you can get a little more out of that especially w/ 9.7 rotors. Solid runs for a stock port daily nonetheless.

Explain what the deal is with the aux ports. They were stuck shut before? Or they were wired open before and now they are opening like stock?

Yep, 5th/6th ports are working now, if you look at the AFR graph, between 3700 and 3800 you see a spike when they open.

The old graph was a totally different engine with stuck closed ports.

Sharingan >> More fuel tuning? I've got an S5 intake to install on it once my project car's done..

Also, any ideas on why the readings get wobbly around the torque/HP crossover?

Yea perhaps.
See how your afr drops right before 5500 rpm then jumps around from 5500 - redline, notice how power fluctuates during that range as well. If you could get that smoothed out it would help, maybe even get you a little more on the top end. The S5 intake should make a big difference too, probably enough to warrant a re-tune.

What ECU? If and S5, perhaps a Cosmo AFM would help.
