my time with only 4 ports workin on my 13b N/a

i ran my car at the track thinkin that everything was in perfect working condition. soon after i realized that my 5th and 6th ports were stuck and haven't worked at all. i ran a 16.2 which i was dissapointed at first thinking my ports were opening. i am in the process of trying to fix the 5th and 6th ports but i have been unsuccessfull so far.

Isn't an NA supposed to pull right around 16.0 flat?

i could be wrong but i highly doubt working 5th/6th ports will take you from a low 16 to a low 15. i'd suspect that it would land you in the high 15's

If they were stuck closed I'm amazed that you ran a 16.2 . If they were stuck open I don't think that would make too much of a difference because you won't be under 4k much in a drag race anyway.

I put down 110 HP with no 5th/6th ports and working VDI (it's actually funny to see that spike in the horsepower, confused the HELL out of the people who were running the dyno).

Now with 5th/6th ports - we'll see but sadly by that time I'll have my supercharger on...

I ran a 15.319 @ 90.XXmph in my '87 with an intake, header, no cat, and a Borla cat-back system with the 5&6 intake ports wired open. The best thing for a rotary that I have found, was to get rid of the cats, not exactly legal though.

The only supercharger in production for our cars suck .

Porting has already proved to have better dyno numbers then the Camden .

Yeah, if you've got the time to crack open the engine and port it...
