MY S5 TII FB at the track!

here is my best time slip out of the five runs...

1.04 --- reaction ...... i know thats bad,
2.28 --- 60 ft
6.10 --- 330 ft
9.24 --- 1/8 et
78.88 --- 1/8 mph
11.94 --- 1000 et
none --- 1000 mph
14.23 --- 1/4 et
97.42 --- 1/4 mph

I know i need to work on my reaction time! but i thought i did pretty good! would of loved to see a high 13!!!! My only mods are a rewired Walbro, K&N and no cat to a RB GSL-SE muffler... I was only boosting 5 psi do to the TMIC/heat soak. i was launching between 2-3K.

What does a Stock FC S5 TII normally run??

Yeah but an FB weighs a LOT less that a stock S5 TII, he just has the powertrain.

A little bit more practice will get you to 13s, your launch is a little too conservative, but you will get there.

yea I agree with the way to conservative launch. . Lauch her up a bit higher and bring down that 60ft. Not that it's terrible but if you could get it down to a 2.0 or under you'd definetly hit the 13's. Nice job though. I as well would love a boosted first gen

the stock top mount, while hardly efficient, should be good for more than 5 psi
