Fuel? I can say it'll go boom rather fast without fuel.

~185rwhp, 14.5 quarter

Note: Stock Turbo, Stock Intercooler, no weight reduction.

You can run 15psi...but you gotta get a new motor after that.

basically intake and exhaust and e-fan the to make more power you need fuel pump and injectors but i would guess around a 13.8 depending on driving skill

the SAFC2 is fine for his current boost levels but to run 10-13psi(don't push higher than 13psi on the stock turbo) he would need an upgraded fuel pump and tuning with the SAFC.

i would say it would run around a 14 second or above with those mods, no way it'll run a 13.5.

maybe its because his s4 alt only puts out 70amps and he wants to kill it and his battery, then he can... ohh wait.

i never said he needs one, i was stating that it is one of the mods done to his car
cause intake exhaust and an efan all free up power or give power however you look at it
the other mods he has are mostly just supporting mods
thats all i was saying
not that ooohhhhh if you have an efan you are in the 13's or you cant hit 13's without it

An efan at this point really isnt that necessary. Though it doesnt matter it will help with cooling.

Whenever you start modding out an rx7 fuel is the most important thing to look at.

i know you do
its just funny that people will consider pulleys or removing p/s or a/c a mod but a heavy fan that the crank has to turn and is creating drag on the motor is not a mod when removed
any weight that is removed from the cranks rotating mass is a mod it makes it easier to turn so yes it is a mod
just like a flywheel and pulleys and lighter rims it all makes things easier to turn

it isn't considered a mod because though it is removing rotating mass and drag it is replaced by extra drag from the alternator which is compensating by recharging the battery from the extra electrical load.

there is hardly a noticable power gain from an e-fan and it is less reliable. i only tell people to use e-fans who have space issues with aftermarket radiators or relocated ones. in fact the stock alternator cannot handle the load for some e-fans and will draw the battery down quickly.

i honestly think that the drag from the stock fan is more than the extra drag of the alt.
and i forget where i seen it but some shop showed an increase in horsepower by switching to an efan

I am sure an efan has its benefits but unless he has a massive fmic and a big turbo upgrade an efan is completely unnecessary... I know he has it already so that is no matter... but if he picks up some 720cc secondaries and tunes them with the safc on 11 psi or so he could very well break into 13's
