Dont have a temp gauge for the oil. I should have one though. I would try switching my water temp to monitor the oil temp temporarily to get an idea but my blitz sender seems too long and wont fit my my fc3s.org oil pedestal. It might fit but I havent tried it.

 

try adding about a half bottle of red line water wetter i just did an engine swap in my t2 and running all stock cooling equipment with water wetter my engine temps dropped by over half on the factory gauge stays right at the 2 lower marks unless really pushing the car.
