The more boost you run, the harder it is to ignite the mixture. If Jacob's plugs were on their way, turning the boost up would for sure finish them off.
this is obviously assuming the ignition system is in good shape, and the car hasn't been flooded and ****.

every rx7 i go to dyno with have crappy ignition pickup, but if you use the wire that goes to the coil it seems to work fine (the output from ecu to the coil wire, instead of the high tension spark plug wire)

damn so i guess a new set of plugs before i hit the dyno. Thanks for the info Jacob. Just to let you know I have the same intercooler and how are you running your fan setup. I had the escort efan with a large 3inch griffin rad and it was to hot on the highway. So I put the stocker with the clutch fan and shroud back on and it still is 200 on the highway. I cut the side molding out of the front to let more air in and temps dropped to about 185-190 on the highway.

I R SAD PANDA W/O BAW
Under high load situations temp does raise a few degrees (1-3*C) such as on hills and hard pulls as said above. I basically have the same setup as jacobcartmill.
