13.19 @ 107 - stock turbo/intercooler/ecu/all seasons

Well, i just got back from Windsor Shootout (essex county's major event) held at St. Thomas dragway.

My best run was as previously mentioned, a 13.19 @ 107 with a 2.0sec 60 foot.

My best MPH was 109.

My mods are as follows:

Stock turbo - 15 PSI

Stock intercooler - heavily iced pre-running

Stock ECU

720 secondaries

Walboro 255

Snow Performance boost cooler ( with Progressive controller) - running 50/50 meth/water

3'' DP/Midpipe - dual 2 1/2 axle back to fart cans

3'' intake tube to MAF, no filter

Disconnected front swaybar

mild lightening (jack, spare, sound deadening, stereo, pass. seat)

Runs were made on worn out "high performance"all seasons.

15 psi on stock turbo?? Thats a little out of optimal range for that turbo I thought, I thought 12-13 psi was pushing it.

I suspect that has a lot to do with him doing well running 15 lbs on the stock turbo.

And I'm sure he has a FCD. It's just so basic most people don't mention it.

no FCD - disconnected vacuum line to the MAP sensor.

I'll post the full timeslip up later tonight.

just goes to show that BPU FC's haul ***.

15PSI is probably out of the efficiency range of the turbo - the car was running out of breath in the high RPM's but that was the ideal pressure for best times.

on a good pair of DR's and a hard launch, the car is easily 12's. And I think with an SAFC to tune it (remember this car is untuned, probably pig rich up top between the meth and the 720's) 110+mph trap speeds are possible, all on a stock turbo and ECU.
