Went to the track tonight.. interesting.

Found out my car hates race gas. Even at 13psi it was breaking up so bad between 5 grand and redline. I need plugs and some form of a new ignition.

Regardless...

Oh and mind you this was on bald *** street tires.. (no tread left, they look like slicks).

reaction - .089
60' - 1.960
330 - 5.335
1/8 - 8.226
1/8 mph - 88.58
1000 - 10.692
1/4 - 12.764
mph - 109.06

I think I could get a 12.4-12.5 pass if my ignition didnt suck so bad. I love the stuff they spray down at Norwalk though.. makes bald street tires stick

Good drivin there...

What kind of race gas where you running? Just the run of the mill V8 formuated stuff or C16? No guarantees but my Stealth doesn't behave all that well on the generic leaded fuels and I've heard alot of people with the same experience. The car runs and drives great with pure C16 though.

110 leaded from marathon.. no clue if its any good or not. A lot of my friends run it and have good results. (not in rx7's though).
