First time Dyno for me too.
Well, i was at a show this weekend, and my friends who ownes the shop let me jump on the dyno for free. SO, since ive had my engine broken in for about a month now, i figured it was a perfect opportunity. However...
Problem 1. It was a mustang dyno. Ive heard they arent very kind to FDs.
Problem 2. My boost crept past 13, so i shut it down, since i was on 92 octane.
I didn't want to risk it.
Problem 3. At 5100 RPMs, right past switchover, i made 211 rwhp. What kind of
numbers does that mean at 6800?? I was really pissed cause i should
making a lot more. Also, i adjusted my new boost controller the
week before, and it has NEVER spiked passed 12.5. Is it because the
Mustang dyno puts a load on your car??? Im very confused.

At 14PSI on a RX-6 single that peaked at 378 on street ported motor @ 6800 I had around 270 at 5100. This is on a Dynojet so use whatever modifier you want to translate Mustang to Dynojet numbers.
As far as Mustang not kind, they just seem to throw out lower numbers. The important thing with a dyno tune is a smooth curve and proper AFR. The HP numbers are all relative so tune on the same dyno in the future to make sure your car is still performing as initially set and analyze how the modifications you're making impact the performance of the car.
From your setup I would estimate around 310rwhp on a Dynojet at 12psi with the peak somewhere around 6800. You'll need an upgraded fuel pump to push the RPMs up more and maintain pressure.
