Work Emotion CR Kai FD fitment

Does anyone know the correct fitment for running the work emo cr kai's in 18x9.5 all around?

I've seen a FD on here with +30 rear, +12 front, (blue with bronze) But I don't know for sure since I've also seen conflicting information (+38 all around) Can anyone confirm? Thanks

No, to actually fit PROPERLY with the stock bodywork, you would need +47 to +50 up front, and at least +38 rear. Closer to +50 would be best.

Stock wheels on the FD are a +50 offset. Having said that, the closer to +50 you are, the better off you'll be.

If you are trying to run a symmetrical setup all around, you should look for something at a +43 or up for the offset.

If 9.5 I'd say minimum +45, might need fender work if you are running wider than 255/35/18. If wider than a higher offset would be better.

What's the best price you've found these for? THe Emotion is a Pretty heavy wheel and cast, to boot.

I found them through a local guy for $1250 shipped. I don't know where he gets them.

They will be replacing a set of ADR M-sports in chrome (18x9.5) so even if they are a little on the heavy side, they'll still be lighter than the chromies.

18.9.5 rear, 18.8.5 front, +38 offset all around. Is what the quote is for. I also talked to a local Japanese friend (who can get pretty much anything and everything JDM) and he confirmed fitment. He just said that I should check suspension clearence and centerbore of the wheel. Next up. finding someone to powdercoat them bright gold.

Yup that fitment will be fine. There is no problem with suspension clearance or the centerbore of the wheel. If you choose you might need a hardware kit which includes lugnuts and hubrings. WE do offer those.

They aren't 'heavy' per say, but they are heavier than wheels from say Volks. The weights I've seen are around 25lbs for 18" which is pretty typical for a Work wheel. I have some older Work Equip 5 spokes and they are around 22lbs at 17".

bump for more info and possibly pictures? i'm looking into picking up a set of these. specs are 18x8.5 +24 and 18x9.5 +30 will these fit without pulling the fenders? there's about a 1 finger gap at all 4 corners right now on stock wheels with my current drop.

Exactly, those 8.5's are going to look like garbage flat face. I had 18x9.5+30 front and 18x9.5+12 rear. That works good for a close to stock car that doesn't need lots of rubber, you could probably fit 245's with rolled fenders. For anything much over 300whp where you need wider tires i think 18x9.5+38 front and 18x9.5+30 rear is perfect.
