Will these (17s n 18s) fit on an FC.

Will these (17s n 18s) fit on an FC.
Here are the 18s Specs:
5-lug (5X4½).
Front are 18" x 9", +26mm offset (6.11 backspacing)
Rear are 18 x 10.5 wheels, +27mm offset (6.9 backspacing.)
Here are the 17s Specs:
5-lug (5X4½).
Front are 17x9 (+26mm offset with 6.11 backspace) Rear are 17x10.5 (+27mm offset with 6.9 backspace)
I know both are same offset and backspace. But which one is better. I'm leaning towards the 17s. Also what's the widest in width can i go with on the front n rear without problems. (if they fit
