What offset to run with tein coilovers?

Going to shoot for with a 17x7.5 in the front, 17x8.5 in the rear depending what offset I can find, maybe x8s and x9s in the front and rear, respectively. I'll get tires based on what wheels I can find, 225 front, 255 rear maybe 215/245? got my eye on some http://www.racinglab.com/rowhd21741.html for the front,
http://www.racinglab.com/rowhd2184.html for the the back, will these fit with coilovers? I don't like the looks to much and they're practically anchors @ 25 lbs, I just need an idea of what to look for.

Some prerequisites:
No rubbing
no fender rolling
no spacers (will use them if i have to for the perfect wheel)
Clears coilovers.
Doesn't look totally bad, being exactly flush is < the above three points.

I've searched and searched and searched, no avail. The car is a 4 lug s4 btw.
If anyone links some wheels that don't break the bank with whatever will fit, let me know please! I'll ship you out some of my grandma's homemade molasses cookies, (they run about as fast as my base stock s4 lol)
