Volk CE28RT Black Edition
I searched...why hasn't anyone mentioned these?!

Sizing is not great for an FD...but...want...
From this picture, it appears to have a more concave center area then standard CE28N's.
Rishie or any of the other wheel vendors, what's up with these bay boys? Any possibility for a group buy with these?

Apparently, there is a group of S2000 guys trying to get a GB together and Volks Racing has agreed to a limited run of some different offsets. I don't have the details, but it sounds like it may be possible to get FD friendly offsets if the numbers are there. However, given the list price is around $830 per wheel, I don't see that happening.
the 9.5 +22 and 10 +39 would work great without much fender work... if any. i had a 10 wide in the rear with a +38 with 265 and it didnt rub at all. just barely rolled fenders
yeah depending on tire size 10 wide +20 works in the rear with just a roll. my buddy has rolled fenders all around and runs 18x9.5 +12 with 235 and 245 tires. im running 10.5 +22 all around with feed fronts and pulled rears.

I'd really love to see some more pictures of these from one of the vendors but I don't know if they're shipping yet. CE28's are one of my favorite wheels and I'm really digging this 2014 edition.

I run 18x10 +38MM front and rear with 265 35 18 tires. I would perfer to run them with 255 35 18 tires but they 265's were very well priced. very well.
The +39 will fit easy with a roll.

Do you have any pictures of this? +38 seems way too 'stance-y' for me. The rears I'm okay with but I'm not running ridiculous camber to get these to fit. I was hoping a wheel vendor with some higher res pictures or info on these would chime in.
Link to s2k discussion? I talked to ravspec today and they said 3200 a set.

My old auto-x set up was 18x10.5 +38 withh 265/35-18 as show above. It did require camber maxed (-2.4) up front and -1.2 in the rear, but that is what you want for racing.
I put a lot of street miles/road trip time on that set up too though.
18x10 +38 with 255 tire would require around -2 camber up front and would have the same slight stretch look.

I am running -2 degrees front camber which isn't bad. I have 8-10mm of fender clearence going out from the tire. the tire tread width is 9.6-9.7" on my 265/35/18 tires. wheels are 18x10 +38mm
The tire does rub the plastic in the back a little when the tire sweeps across from turning doing tight turns. hence the reason for 255/35/18 tires (less diameter).
The car doesn't look like it is a stance-y car, looks more like an aggressive race set up with the wider tires.
Attached are some pics of the front wheel and fender.

However, I think they have an even bigger group of the "hella flush" crowd.
