Volk ce28n time attacks
i was looking through the forums and have seen a few posts about the ce28n time attacks but i was curious about two things;
1. can anyone shine some light on wheel offsets for me because im lost...what means good lip and i dont want those "globe" shaped offsets either
2. does anyone know what the biggest lip you can get on these for both 18" and 19" setups
any help would be great but if your posting just to be a smart *** i dont wanna hear it
thanks

Typically Volk will only have 2 or 3 "faces" for a wheel (normally called "Disk A", B, etc) that determine the lip size. Certain faces won't fit big brake kits because they put the spokes too close to the caliper. The higher offsets will get the face with less lip and lower offset will get the face with more lip. The offset at which the face goes to a larger lip is different for each wheel and wheel diameter typically.
If you move to a 3 piece wheel the Disk terminology still applies, but they typically offer more choices in barrel size so you can get the exact lip you want.
As for how much lip you can get on an FD. It depends on your fenders, (unmodified, rolled, pulled, widebody, etc)? Also, you can fit larger rims/lips if you stretch tires, but most people dont like that style or are deathly afraid of it.
There are very few examples of FDs on here with aggressive rims. I suggest you take a look at this thread:

Lots of time, effort, and measuring went into getting that setup to work, but not alot of people here will push that hard to fit aggressive rims.
