volk or 5zigen

hey everyone. im currently not sure which rim looks better on a fc. the volk ce28 or the 5zigen fno1rc. i love both rims but i only see the volk rim on fd's. if someone could show me pics of the volk rim and pics of the 5zigen rim i would really be thankful. thanks in advance.

lol. 5zigen is to volk as hamburger is to filet mignon.

lookswise i think either looks fine.

5zigen fn's always looked nice. people hate on them now because everyone and their grandma has them, including me.

btw, you only get that sunken face on 10"+ wide fn01r-c's.
otherwise its flat face.

not a fc but here is a pic of my fno1r-c, on fc's you can get a lower offset so they will look way better than mine.

not just 10+,my wheels are 18x9-1/2 with a +35 offset and they have the sunken face.

Not that there is anything wrong with the FN01R-C (they are a light decent quality wheel at a great price), comparing the two side by side is like a Ferrari compared to a volkswagen. If money really isnt an issue, and there are sizes/offsets that fit your need for both, go with the Volks.

ok, now the last question i guess is what is the best size/offset to get. im getting coilovers soon so no one has really given me a sure size.

hey that link at the top shows some really good pics of the zigen rims. im still looking for some pics of the volk rim on a fc. maybe some one could photshop them.

just to elaborate on that

volk ce28N 17x9 = 14.8 lbs
5zigen fn01r-c 17x9 = 19 lbs

no question about it... if you have the money, get the volks.

so i was looking at autornd and it looks like each whell is going to be about a little over $500 each. . im still going to get them but it will take a little longer now . i was thinking 17x8 in the front and 17x9 in the rear. what do you guys think? and what offset should i get?
