Upgraded Suspension Parts
Hi,
I am looking at the uprated/replacement toe links, and trailing links on the RX7.com website and was wondering if they are any good?
I know some people have a love or hate view on this and would like some feedback,
Thanks
Andrew

I think they're fine. I don't think they're really necessary unless you're a really serious road racer or need extra clearance for really wide rear tires.
The do transfer more noise into chassis.
You also might want to check out: www.rotaryextreme.com
His parts are nice because they have a rubber seal around the heim joint which could prevent possible long term failure due to contamination. Useful for a street vehicle.

Thanks,
I've noticed on RX7.com they refer to the toe links as being for the rear of the car, is that because if used on the front suspension they could generate to much noise?

front suspension doesn't use toe links like the rear suspension does.
it is generally thought that the rotary extreme ones are best b/c of the dust shields. do a search on dust shields or trailing arms or toe links to read previous threads about this.

I have not seen them in person, however I do know that rotary extreme parts are of top notch quality in design and fabrication. I too think that they are not a necessity unless you are into very serious racing, are having fitment problems with a high offset (or do not want to roll your fenders with the offset you currently have) If your offset is 'perfect' you will not need them!
