Tool broke, can't get center cap off to fix flat tire. Help?

I have Racing Hart C5s with the center caps. My tool to remove the center cap and get to the lug nuts to remove the wheel is broken. I can't get the center cap off and I have a flat tire. I called Discount tire to see if they could get the wheel off but they said nope and that I needed my tool for the cap. Well great, my tool is broken and my cap is damaged. (chipped in some places so even a new tool wouldn't really grab it) My local ricer shop quoted me $40 for a used tool! Anyone have any ideas on how to get the cap off and fix my flat?? Thanks guys!

I don't know, flat blade screw driver? That's what I'd try.

Go to a shop that sells Racing Hart wheels, they should be able to lend you the tool. If that's your only car, I guess you'll have to find another way to borrow the tool. If you're in the Bay area, i could lend you mine. If your center cap is stuck like mine was, you'll have to somehow tow the car to a shop that sells the wheels, they have a similar tool except bigger and stronger to get it off.

use a 3 inch socket!!!! It will work. I measured the cap on my dads car and its apr 3 inch diameater. You want even need a power tool to use it. Just go and rent one if you can. If you cant twist it off then you put it on way to tight. How did you brake that hard plastic tool anyway.
