i just put mine in with a five inch long 3/8 grade 8 bolt nut and washers and i found a lock collar used on tractors at tractor supply that fit in the bushing hole to use to pull them back in. took me about one hour to do all six by myself, control arms still on the car.

Good job... do you have a pic of that lock collar????
How much did the pillow ***** cost you... They are about 90 euro each over here in Dublin.

Just replaced 4 of them last night. In the process I broke a a 3/8" Grade 8 bolt.
I thought I would give it a try doing them on the car.
Well, it might work, and it might not.
I finally just took off the control arms and used a press. One of the bushings would *never* have come out using the bolt and socket method. It took quite a bit of pressure on the press before it would budge.
No corrosion, there isn't any on this car. It was just that tight.
