are these any good? used mazdaspeed coilovers for Fd

i bought there from my friend. definitely a step up from the old stock stuff i used last season. i'll be doing about 10 hpde's this year and maybe a few autocrosses.

The shocks were built by KYB to Mazdaspeed's specifications. 4 way adjustable shocks. Adjustable ride height. Front springs are 340 lbs/in and rear springs are 280 lbs/in. A little on the soft side i think.

Fronts springs (QCD634011A 08.00) are about 9.5 inches long
Rears springs (QCD628011A 43.99) are about 11 incles long.

i searched but didn't find much at all about these.

Yes, I have the same set-up and I like mine a lot. Very good street setup imo. It's known for it softer (maybe softest one) spec, but it's very nice on street and def. highway. It's a huge step up from my Eibach spring + stock shock.....also stock upper mount. Do you have part number for the coil over's upper mount? I've had someone ask for it, but haven't had a chance to have a look.

I have these on my car and they are squeaking. Can these be rebuilt or do I throw them away?
