1750 with the discount? , They'd have to be electronicaly and fully adjustable, that's including a laptop, not just any game boy-ish control device for me to get them . . .
They must be great though, Tein makes good stuff.
Enjoy them...

yup yup, acuallythey came with 18s. I'll be revalvign them this spring and getting softer springs. it'll cost me about another grand uuugghhh but we'll see how i like em on slicks at auto X. I called tein by the way and found out the lowest I could go was 16kg springs...bah! but wewill see hw it works out, as far as street driveability goes I am expecting absolutely nothing good form them hahah

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
HA are way too stiff.
They shock dyno graphs and rates wont suit more suitable spring rates either, you have to get them fully rebuilt.
A better solutions for street and semi slick tire applications is the Tein Super Street range, they have very good spring rates (what experienced racers recomend) and the shock dyno is perfect for non glass like track surfaces.
Even the super street's I run cant be set to close to maximum damping rate (6 to 8 from stiffest) because they are far too harsh and cause loss of contact of tire patch) on even minor irregualrities.
Try stoping form 130+mph (if you have racing pads as I do) and you will see how too stiff damping will active ABS easily far greater stopping distances. Also mid corner exit on undulations with Dunlop 02G semi slick road race tires will break easily, again far slower than proper spring damper rates.
Just a little tip for you all, if its a race car with full slicks on very flat/smooth race track doing a one lap shoot out then O.K. All else it will laod up tires far too hard and have little tolerance for any imperfections in the road surface.

thanks for the info. Like I said revalving will be done this spring for sure now. I'm just wondering if I could have had them built to spec straight from japan since its a sepcial uild either way. The guys at tein usa told me that most likely not since they dont like to do custom jobs but if buying the HT is a must build before we ship deal then what would have been the diffrence? Thanks for all your info you guys. Still 18kg if its that bad whats the point, then again most tarmac events in japan gyhmakan(couldn't spell it) are on ultra smooth tarmac lots sooo I guess it would make sense with what rice racing is saying.

Archwelder i was looking at the DMS sight out of suriosity, how much did your entire setup run you? I also found this funny.
KIA RIO
Now available, the 50mm adjustable suspension for motorsport use.
(used in Iran for rallying)
to think I can now lower my RIO and rally it....wtf.

No custom valving required. This was their standard application for the 3rd gen RX-7.
