These aren't a current product of theirs, so is it used ones that you're looking at? If so be cautious, because the shocks sould well be blown and in need of a rebuild. If they're from Japan then Tein USA won't touch them, or so I've heard.

I drive them daily.....well, I did before my engine decided not to start. I am hoping to get my car drifting asap, and I'll tell you how they work, If your going to wait that long. I got mine off ebay with a few thousand miles on em from japan.

Coilovers are NOT the way to go if you want a better ride.

Get something like Eibach springs (if you can find some, they're good for comfort because they're progressive), get some new shocks (something like KYB GR2 or Tokico Blues will be fine), replace your upper mounts (worn/old), cut off the bump stops and replace them with some nice soft aftermarket progessive ones (such as those available from Ground Control, will make for a much softer bump when/if they're needed) and replace all your bushings with new stock ones (they'll be due for replacement, and stock will give the best ride).

back in 02 i bought my first coilovers. hr. used for like 600 for my 240sx. if its ur 1st then ur gonna think they are good. but those things are way old. tein usa didnt have much info when i asked em back then. id think the line up goes back over 10 years or so. but they are same rates as the HA coilovers but no damper adjustments. i sold mine in 04 to buy the HE coils that my friend was sellin (he bought em new the prior year so i knew they were still good).

i think goin with some ksports or megans would be a better choice. old hr wont have any support.

There's more to wearing out thatn pure milage, the gas pressure will slowly leak out, the shafts might corrode or get pitted, the seals harden over time, etc.
