Tein HA adjustment..

regarding adjustment screw/**** on the top of the strut: clockwise turns= stiffer?

clockwise should always be stiffer.

Yes, clockwise is stiffer. To adjust, start at the stiffest and go back.

is it okay to change the stiffness setting often? or should it be set once and that's it and only changed again if you plan on keeping the new setting for a long time.

If you play GT3, you should know it's ok to change stiffness. It's all depends on the race circuit. it's part of the setup.

haha...i was thinking more of changing the stiffness during my trips to 7-11...

you can change them whenever u want and as much as u want...change everytime u start the car, it wont matter.

Are there any disadvantages to getting coilovers?
