Hey dude, i had tien s-techs and went with this setup:
(I had to roll my fenders for sure)

FRONT: 17x9 +35 - 255/40/17
REAR: 17x10 +35 - 275/40/17

If you don't want to roll the fenders, you need a more conservative (i.e. close to stock) fitment. The stock wheels are 16x8 at +50. So, you'll need something around that to fit without needing to roll the fenders. If you can find a wheel you like, at say 17x9 +45 all around then you would probably be good to go.

Yes, you'll need a +47 to +50 fit then.

IMO, unless you are making some serious power, don't put 10's on the car. Unless you go with an expensive wheel, the 10" is probably going to be fairly heavy not to mention the extra weight of the tire and cost of the tire to fit it.

My opinion, go with 9" at most and get a good wheel. This way you can spend a little more and get a good wheel with good tires, rather than going larger and possibly having to go with a cheaper wheel just to get a bigger size.

Don't buy what you don't need.
