Spring Rates for FC
Spring Rates for FC
Got my FC cornerweighted last night, to see with the stock suspension what the numbers were.
Car: '90 GTU Steel hood A/C, and Powersteering, sunroof
Total Car Weight (no driver): 2895
Front: 54.5%
Rear: 45.4%
Cross weights seem pretty good
RF LR = 50.8%
LF RR = 49.1%
With Driver (175lb) weights:
Front: 53.7%
Rear: 46.2%
Any ideas? 350 front / 250 rear? Prolly be getting a GC package.

you need to get some weight off the front... 54% front weight? my T2 streetcar weighed 2700 and was 50/50. your spring rate looks about right at 350/250.
good luck,
