Spring rates on Eibach?

Hi

I have a set of ohlins coilover equipt with eibach springs.

My problem is that i cannot understand what rate the springs have, on the springs it says 200 and 220.

What unit is this? punds per inch or something else?

Fredrik

Fredrik,

If memory serves me well, the ERS designation convention is something like: Length(inches)/Diameter(inches)/Rate(lbs/inch).

Posting a picture always helps.

i think thats right. you end up with a number that looks like 0600.250.350, for a 6" long 2.5 diameter 350# spring.

id go look to double check, but they are under the car....

ground control, which is a big distributor of eibach, has their own number, but you can go to their website

OK, a misunderstanding the text on the springs was not "200.220" it said 200 on 2springs and 220 on the second 2 springs.
At first i thought it was 220 pounds/inch but thats just 3,9kg/mm

A picture on the coilovers, the best I have for the moment.

Any ideas, could it be 3,9kg/mm? feels a bit low?
