I want to get the stance coilover but the spring rate is 12/12 i want to run 10/8 if i change the springs on them will this cause a problem? I was reading about it and something about valving came up.

IF they're valved properly for the 12/12 rates, and that's a big IF, then you're changing the rear by quite a lot. It's generally reccomended not to change by more than +/-2kg/mm.
