1986 GXL Rear Calipers; Lock Bolt Stuck
This is a little embarrassing, but I am trying to get the rear brake disc off. So far I have gotten the wheel off and that's it. The 12mm lock bolt (the lower bolt) on the caliper is stuck. I can't even get the caliper to rotate. I haven't tried much so far, I tried lightly tapping the wrench with a hammer, but that didn't get me anywhere. I stopped that before I did any damage.
Does anyone have a magic suggestion for removing this, or do I just hit it with PB Blaster and let it soak?

Nevermind. I went back, pulled back the rubber boot, shot some PB Blaster into it, and tried again. This time I used two hands on the little 12mm wrench. I don't know if the PB Blaster got down the unthreaded portion into the threaded portion, but I heard a loud pop and the bolt started rotating. At first I was scared I broke the bolt, but the whole thing came out. I wonder if someone loc tited the bolt.
The caliper body then rotated up on its hinge like it was greased. I did a search and apparently sometime that itself can be a chore, so I am glad it went well. I continue the quest tomorrow.
Thank you to anyone who listened.

And the disc set screws came off ok too.
The key is to make sure you have a good condition #3 screwdriver. One came off with just a normal screw driver, the other needed a 3/8" drive wrench attached to a #3 driver bit to come off.
Everything is so much easier when you have the proper tools.
