Rotary Works Coilover Dampner Instructions

Does anyone have the instructions on how to adjust the dampner on Rotary Works coilovers?

What level would be best for street driving? It feels very very stiff right now.. to the point where I go over a bump and I hit my head on the roof lol

thanks for your input

I keep my Zeal coilovers dialed all the way soft for street driving. Try that.
Do you know your spring rates?

1 is softest. You adjust them with the ***** on top of the mounts. If your interior is stock, you'll have to move the rear speakers to adjust 'em.
