Right front camber alignment problem

I have a 1993 that has been handling very squirrelly. I have had the trans rebuilt and motor replaced recently. Both were out of the car but that shouldn't effect the handling. Today, I took the car in for a 4 wheel alignment. The shop couldn't get the right front camber set properly. Right now it is reading -0.7 degrees and the nominal factory specs are +0.08 degrees. That puts me about -0.62 degrees off. Everytime they tried to adjust the right, the left went out of whack. Right now the right is at -0.7 and the left is -0.6. Visually, they said that they couldn't see anything wrong. Any ideas?

P.S. Caster, Toe etc., front and rear are all nominal.
