Removing minuscule scratches

I've been on google for a minute now to try and find a way to remove minuscule hair like scratches from the aluminum lip of my work wheels.

Stones on the road must have scratched the surface a bit. Is there a way to prevent this from happening at all?

I've looked into the materials of my work wheels and it says that the aluminum is anodized and therefore I've heard that you can't use products like mothers mag & aluminum polish.

I can't really find any other methods right now and I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions? Any type of polish would probably ruin the anodized layer so I don't think I can use that.
