Quick Suspension Question

this is a pretty basic question, but since i have virtually zero experience with suspension work (besides oem replacement) i need to ask: I will be purchasing some tein s-tech spring very soon to go on all four corners. i still have oem-spec shocks (they were replaced ~10k miles ago and are in great shape). my question is, do i need any other adjustments (camber and such) or can i just do a direct swap with these teins? thanks in advance

Well, the stock camber adjustability is pretty sparse, but I imagine you'd want to get an alignment after installing the springs.

You'll need one of these if you lower your FC, otherwise the alignment guy won't be able to get your rear camber within specs.

I had to use one on my FC with RSR Down springs and AGXs. Sorry, I'm not sure what the drop is on the RSRs. It's been awhile.

Good luck!

if you're looking for performance, i would steer away from s-techs. they are the lowest and the softest of FC drop springs, so basically they offer the most comfort and worst performance. hard driving with any tires much better than stock will most likely bottom out your shocks.
s-techs are gravy if you're just cruisin and want the car to look nicer. but if you're after cornerin prowress.. def look elsewhere.

thanks for the info, i think i might just do that. i was kinda looking for a balance of all those things (look nice, drive somewhat comfortably and also add some cornering enhancement). i might install these for now and see how they ride and then make a decision from there.
