Question on rebuilding BBK

Hi. I'm rebuilding a BBK and am curious about the fittings. The brakes have 1/8 male npt adapters that screw into the caliper. The other side of the adapter is typical female double flare to accept the brake line.

My question is, do I need any type of thread sealant on the npt side of the adapters, or do the seal fine by themselves. These will be for track use and I want to be sure they are good to go.

I would use some type of liquid thread sealer, not teflon tape.

I've been doing some searching. Some say to use just a dab of anti seize and be sure not to over tighten, and no sealant.

A few recommend a special type of lock tight.

Anyone out there have some first hand experience?
