Question about RSR Race springs

Are RSR's Race springs for the FC progressive springs? I never thought they were since on the Auto RnD website they are rated at 335lb/in front and 224 lb./in rear.

I just purchased a set from a member on here and these are the pics he provided, if you look at the rear springs, they def. look like progressive springs, but Ive never read anything about them being progressive.

Also, Konis or AGXs??? Konis are known to be better but the AGXs are less expensive. Will there be a difference between them in a real life situation?
