Purchasing: Mesiter S1.... 2p or 3p?

I am getting a set of Work wheels, and have pretty much narrowed it down to the Meister S1. I am no longer considering other brands or wheels at this point.

My question is should I get the 2 piece or 3 piece?
I am doing body work on my FC to accomodate a 10.5 (or 11") rear wheel and a 9" front. Problem is that the widest 2p is only 10". I really like the agressive (IMO) look of the bolts seen on the 3p for the rear, not so sure on the front. Also, the 2p will have slightly longer "spokes" due to not having the rivit line around the perimeter.

I think my options are.

Go with the 3 piece, get the wider rear rim and agressive look, and deal with the possibly not so cool bolts on the front.

Go with the 2 piece, lose width in the rear and maybe not quite as agressive.

Put the 3 piece on the rear for width and agressiveness and put the 2 piece up front to get a *slightly* different look with slighly longer spokes and no bolts.

The car is built for show and drift, but I don't have any current pics to show.

What do you think?

Hi,

Not to be a dick or anything, but I just ask a japanese class mate last week about Works wheels. He said the company isn't a big company like rays or BBS or etc. However, that doesn't mean the wheels are no-good.

Just want to put that out a bit.

Hmm, Work actually has stress tests that show their wheels are stronger than most other companies... including rays etc.

Their wheels are top notch, sometimes the smaller companies are better than the big ones b/c they don't get so caught up in marketing etc.

Home audio is a perfect example.

Aw man, another white FC with Meister S1's. I like the look of the 3 piece wheels a bit more. You're gonna get a big lip either way. I've seen those wheels in person, they look awesome. I think I'm going with the 2 piece just so I can run a 17" wheel. I think I'm going with a 17x9 +10 and 17x10 +15.

They retail around $800 each. If you are seriously interested PM me and I'll point you in the right direction to get them for less than that.

Not yet, they're on order and won't be here for another month or so.

I'll be sure to get lots of pics when they come in though
