wow thats a lot of tire..

i'd run 235/40/18 front and 265/40/18 rear if i was making ~380whp

you could run 18x9 +15 and 18x10 +19 and it'll look good.

you'll have to roll pull and bang the fenders a little and runs ome camber to fit them

btu they'll look HOT HOT HOT

Wow, that's a lot of BS.

rotoboy661: I don't know what offsets Gram Lights 57 Pros come in, but to be on the safe side, you'd need a minimum of a +45 up front, and a +43 out back.

As far as tire sizing (w/ the above offsets):

255/35-18 Front
275/35-18 Rear

+43 up front will be *close*, and you know, every car is different. You may rub, you may not.

+40 for the rear, but you may need aftermarket trailing arms and toe links. I had 17x10 FM/5s +43 w/ 275/40-17, stock TA and TL and and no rubbing.

Only surefire way to avoid rubbing will be to go w/ a narrower width at those offsets (8.5" front/9.5" rear) or those wheels w/ a higher offset if available, but if not then forget 'em. My $0.02.

17x10 +12 all around fits on an FC...an FD would be able toe ven take the same offsets..

why i sit that you guys call bs on everything?

please tell me your not serious!!!

Firstly a FC isn't a FD in fitment. Additionally, while I do like the lowered look, I don't want to do extra body work and would like to be able to TURN my front wheels without hitting any sheet metal.

17x10 can be done but with coilovers and aftermarket trailing arms and toe links...BUT NOT AT THOSE OFFSETS!!! That's what everyone is saying and calling bs to you. Even with around +40 you would have most likely need rolling the fenders to get it to fit...

and when you mention toe in I assume you actually mean camber? Even with that I don't think it would fit unlessyou wanted a 4x4 look with the wheels sticking out past the car.

Go away.

Running a 225 wide tire on a 10" wide rim is just plain stupid.
I'm sorry you're so caught up on the drift look that you totally overlook tire manufacturer recommended wheel width specs.

10" wide wheel, even with the +12mm offset up front will NOT stay under the stock front fender.
That makes it ILLEGAL for most city and state laws regarding vehicle safety.

You're posting the same pics S13_Slide is, so that already puts you in the wrong crowd.

Cut this guy a break?
Have you read the stuff S13_Slide has posted?

Why don't you go ask the tire manufacturers on what their recommended wheel sizes are for a particular tire model.
I wouldn't be surprised if your combo is not on their list.

See...guilty by association...
You guys might be able to impress a bunch of kiddies on some other dori forum, but please keep this **** off here.
There are a lot of very experienced owners who know better, and your comments are an insult to them.
You might want to try some grip driving on a road racing track to see if your dori skills are good enough.
Don't be surprised you end up getting frustrated.
I welcome you to join any of the driving schools (Skip Barber, Derek Bell, etc.) sessions to see how good your driving skills really are.
