Okay I just installed my launch kit made by pettit and i adjusted the T side of the bar, which is adjustable to make it longer or shorter, to the same size of the stock part. My question is, is this right? if so why did they make it so u can adjust it? why didn't they make it a solid piece? if not is there an advantage to making it shorter/longer?
